The story of how the fire masters group started and then the national firefighting workshop

In 2007, I worked in our family business as a sales manager, we only worked with recharging extinguishers and an opportunity appeared to do the fire prevention project of the company Sotreq S / A. So I hired an engineer and we had a lot of difficulties to deliver that project, he was not a specialist in that ... I had to study the rules to help him and we did that project together ... that was addictive ... totally different from using only a fire extinguisher it was a heavy job ... I started to specialize in that and we formed a new business unit in the company ... we took many projects at that time ... I took advantage and took all the courses that were in Brazil ... I expanded my network contact with the largest companies in Brazil and I was able to do more advanced systems training (international training), 

I had more than 50 failed projects, this was due to a corruption scheme that was in Brazil by tax firefighters, this was from 2010 to 2013 and in my 25 years of age. 
Something I did that helped me to make it easier for these difficulties was to have a large network of contacts that later became a research group called Mestres do Fogo with weekly meetings with colonels and other relevant authorities in the area, in these meetings we were exchanging knowledge for the advancement of Brazil's development, this enabled us to find people who inspired us to continue to live by the mission of saving lives and heritage with Fire Prevention Engineering.

I was able to overcome these difficulties but most of the professionals are not able to do so, so Brazil had very few professionals, and in 2017 I decided to hold events that could show the great opportunities in the area with the objective of attracting new professionals to the area. national firefighting workshop where I was able to show points where Brazil was well behind in relation to the world and needed quality professionals for the market.

Currently, the National Fire Fighting Workshop is in its 10th edition and an estimated number of more than 500,000 people have gone through this event.

Both the Research Group of Masters of Fire and the National Workshop on Fire Fighting seek to raise the level of the area of ​​Fire Prevention and Fighting, as professionals in the area we have many desires and fight for several changes in the system, such as:
